For the 2022 Fall Skeet League, 3 high school teams are assigned to 1 conference.

National League
The National League consists of teams from states that did not have enough qualifying teams to host a State League.
For the 2022 Fall 5-Stand League, 12 high school teams are assigned to 2 conferences based on team size.
